Hamilton Capital Partners is a fund management business authorised by the Financial Services Authority. Established and headquartered in Glasgow, HCP was established in 2009 to create and manage a number of property investment funds. The team has an established track record and a reputation for being creative in delivering innovative deal structures and transactions, which have delivered significant returns over the past 10 years.

The HCP team has worked together with The Hamilton Group since 2000. Over that time we have been involved in transactions with a value in excess of £1billion and the partners have extensive experience in property investment, corporate finance, tax planning and regulated investment and of working with entrepreneurial management teams.
